That's not much to go on; your GPA is a tad low, your ACT is fine, and your Indian-American hook is good. I'd say match, but the issue will be fit, based on many factors, like essays, interests, interview, classes taken.

Senior Year: AP Euro, AP Lit, AP Micro, AP US Gov't

This may help you evaluate your chances:

Reed Magazine: Many Apply. Few are Chosen. (1/5)

If you need financial aid, Reed is need-aware for a certain percentage of students. That can make it harder for borderline candidates with high need to get in. If you look through the back issues of the alumni magazine, there's an article in there that explains Reed's need aware admissions policy that would be worth reading as well. There's also an article in another issue that has examples of real essays of admitted students.

Good luck!

"Solid essays" isn't really as helpful. Reed is looking to see that you're a good match, which doesn't mean just "solid essays", but "essays that convey I am a good fit for Reed." Why are you interested in Reed? What about it appeals to you? How do you feel you're a good match?
