I am very interested in economics/business and biology-- will major pre-med or business (most likely). Looking for a school with a somewhat urban setting and busy social life- "work hard, play harder"... somewhat interested in greek life... possibly looking to play soccer (not on scholarship though)

any advice/feedback is greatly appreciated... im nervous haha

if your SATs come in over 2200 or so I would say you are a great candidate... may need a little more community service as you said... I was just admitted ED, and you sound kinda like me. haha

You took the ACT in sixth grade but now, when you are actually applying to college (and I assume many deadlines for you have passed) you are going to take the SAT in the spring? What the hockey?

Or are you just a junior this year? You seem to know all of your senior courses though, I am confused....

I'm picking my senior courses next week or so so its not that strange to know what you're going to take

I am currently a junior.... our school postpones any real testing until the spring of junior year.... i have taken the psat and practice act and scored in the 93th and 99th percentile, respectively. i do not know my exact courses for next year, but those are the ap's that i want to take and will probably get to take.... ill take honors philosophy and physics as well.... thank you for the feedback.

If you're looking for a chill party scene and greek system, WashU's got you covered, especially compared to Hopkins or like Carnegie Mellon haha. One of the things that I like about the greek system is that all of their events (excluding like formals and pledging) are completely open to the public.

As for your chances, I think that as long as you write a good essay and get some good test scores your golden. Have fun with junior year :-D

thanks for the input everybody
