<p>Hey guys, I was considering applying to Vandy. What do you think my chances are?</p>

<p>I am a hispanic male from New York.</p>

<p>GPA: 3.4 unweighted. My highschool is one of the most vigorous in the nation, in the top 100 for most prestigious public and private high schools (I go to a public school)</p>

<p>SAT: 2050 - 650 R - 800 M - 600 W</p>

<p>ACT: 31 Composite</p>

<p>I have taken 4 APs during my high school career:
AP Comp Sci AB
AP European History
AP American History
AP Biology</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars:
-Assistant teacher in my school's intro to computer science class
-Varsity Football
-Various overseas voulenteer works. ~100 hours</p>

<p>your sats are slightly low, besides the perfect in math and the GPA is a little low too for Vandy standards because most of the kids that apply there are from some of the best schools in the nation. My school is top on that list too, but we still need at least a 3.5 to get in unweighted and over a 4.0 weighted. Also, have you taken a lot of honors or IB classes, because the 4 APs aren’t that many. It also depends on whether or not you applied ED, but good luck!</p>
