Chances?

Hey, I just graduated from a top 40 school with a BS in chem.
my gpa per yr: 3.57, 3.25, 3.31, 3.19, with an overall GPA of 3.3
I haven't taken GRE, but I got a 710 in math and 690 in Verbal on my SAT

I changed my major midway, so I had to take a lot of upper level sciences to complete my degree in the last 2 years. I have one C, that was sophomore year.

I worked in three different labs doing research, and I have 2 papers, 2 posters (one I presented at an undergrad conference), and 2 review articles (one undergrad)

I would probably have good recommendations from profs, and was a TA for chem.
I am interested in doing materials science or chem E research, but I only worked in a materials lab for a year. I got an A in a grad chem E materials class though. I also had to write a thesis for my degree as part of my program.

What are my chances at top schools? I am very interested in UC Berkeley or Stanford, but I can't find admissions stats.

Are you in the top 10% of your class? Standardized test scores?

like i said i didn’t take GRE, i posted my SAT scores from hs.
i was not close to top 10% but there were only 8 people total graduating with BS in chem, so i don’t think its a good measure.
