You will need a strong and focused application to have a chance. If art is your forte, include a portfolio - it will be evaluated by the art department, and if they like it, it will help a lot.

Without a lot more information about race, ethnicity, type of high school, etc., it is impossible to give you much of an evaluation of your chances.

I basically agree with nngmm. Your stats are roughly mid-pack for Swarthmore, so you have to view it as a reach. However, students are accepted with similar stats. It will all hinge on presenting a cohesive, tightly-focused application. Think in terms of presenting one of the your activities in way that communicates real enthusiasm. You have a lot of interesting activities, but need to figure out how to focus on one or two to give you an "identity" in the application process.

Your art or poetry could be avenues. Or, your interests in the Simpson or Indie Film could be something that stands out from the crowd. Have you found the reference to Swarthmore in the Simpsons' episodes? Something quirky like that could make a fun "hook" for a Why Swat? essay.
