Chances?

I live out of state, and I am a white male.

My sibling attended CU, and I visited many times and fell in love.

Cu if by far my top choice.

Gpa: 2.83 - really low, I know, but I have had a great grade trend
ACT: 26
SAT: 1710

Cross country 4 years (2 varsity)
Lacrosse 4 years (1 varsity)
Indoor track 3 years
snowboard team 7+ years
50 + hours community service
3 recommendation letters

attended multiple CU meetings, have kept in touch with admissions a lot.

Brother attended, made all payments and graduated in 4 years

any other tips to up my chances?

No one on this board will have better insight into your chances than the admissions officers you are in touch with. Ask them where you stand.

What major are you looking into? and what college did you apply to at CU?

I applied to buisness school, like my brother because I know exacty what i want to do. I know this is a long shot because the business school is alot more competitve, but i figured it couldnt hurt because i could be admitted into arts and sciences instead

Good luck, let me know if you get in
