what is your major?

johns hopkins, - Reach
vanderbilt, - Match
emory, - Match
tufts,- Small reach
nyu,- Match/Small Reach
fordham- Safety
, georgetown,- Reach

Your SAT/ACT is kind of low. But your extracurriculars make up for it. So it is possible for you get into your reach schools.

Johns Hopkins, - Reach
Emory – Match
Tufts - Low Reach
Georgetown - Reach
NYU - Low Reach
Fordham- Safety
Vanderbilt - Safety

Vandy isn’t a safety unless the OP is a male URM.

As for Fordham…its 50th percentile range for SAT’s is 1820=2020. You are just above that mark and in the 75Th percentile…so its what I call a very high safety…meaning you are good to go and likely get some money, if your core SAT is 1400 or higher.

But don’t fall for the safety blues thingie. Sometimes those schools are the best fit. Fordham has LOTS of students with your stats and higher. I know a bunch with perfect SAT’s (1600). They are very happy and doing very well there.

Pick the school that fits your personality, needs, objectives and interests the best.
