Changes strengthen the ADA, Sec. 504 for high school and college students

Congress recently passed the ADA Amendment Act, which became effective on 1/1/09. [The ADA is the American Disabilities Act. Sec. 504 of the Rehabilitation Act preceded the ADA in its focus on preventing discrimination against people with disabilities and thus changes in the ADA apparently are assumed to automatically apply to Sec. 504 as well. Here is a link to a set of slides explaining the changes.

I think it should help both with ACT/SAT accommodations, public high school accommodations and college accommodations.
