I submitted my application for Regular Decision a few weeks ago, but there are some new things that I would like to add to my application. Is it possible to do this? If so, who should I contact? And lastly, up to what date can I add information before the Admissions Office starts reviewing?

I had to do the same thing and I notified my regional admissions director. You can find out who takes care of your area here:

I also think there’s a place to contact Penn for updates on your “MyPenn Application Portal.” I might go there first to avoid bugging my director or something like that, but mine was more than happy to help out.

I don’t know about the dates when they would start reviewing your app, but trust that your updates will be considered no matter how late you put them in (as long as it’s pre-decision). Just get them in ASAP.

It’s not a big deal, really. I did this twice because of new theater awards I received and everything went quite smoothly.

I had applied ED (got in BTW) and after submitting my application I realized I had to change a ‘Vice - President’ to ‘President’.
The MyPennAplicationPortal has an email id to which you have to e mail any changes. I did that.
Hope this helped.
