<p>Will correcting information previously submitted through the online application hurt me in any way? Will the person who makes the changes make a note that I emailed him or her to make a correction so the admissions committee will know that I edited something?</p>

<p>If you are just correcting factual information, there shouldn’t be any issues. I have no idea how they perceive changing “subjective” stuff after the deadline.</p>
<p>After switching from ED to RD, my Adcom said it was fine to make changes. However, for the most part you can’t actually CHANGE thing, but actually make additions. So if there are things you forgot to place or things you want to change, I’m not sure if it’ll leave a trail or not.</p>
<p>They cannot CHANGE things, which means replacing your old material with everything you sent in lately - and yes, there is a possibility that they might be reviewing both.</p>
