Changing major before attending?

I applied to PSU during the first week of October, my application is still stuck on the “We are receiving a high volume of application materials…” page. My SRAR says received, the other two are completed.

I applied DUS with an optional summer semester, but recently I have decided I want to persue Music education.

My question is, can I change the major I am applying for? Or, if/when I get accepted, can I reapply to the music college? Can I do this AFTER I get accepted but BEFORE I accept their offer? (Because I definitely want to go to Penn State)

I would call admissions and ask. Apparently the School of Music requires an audition (https://music.psu.edu/admissions/undergraduate/undergraduate-application-process) so I would not wait to get information straight from the source.
