<p>So, I got an email with a video. It said, “Congratulations from the Education Department!”</p>
<p>Does that mean I’m an education major?
How do I find out what my major is?
Can I switch?</p>

<p>I don’t think they’ll hold you to a major at this point. Most kids don’t declare their major until the second year of college so you should be ok. You’re not even registered so you don’t have to “change” it. Good luck I think you’re fine.</p>

<p>To second Bossf51, everyone starts out as undeclared and you have until your fourth semester in college to declare a major. The admissions office has been working very hard to record personalized videos for so many applicants. Yours happened to be recorded by the education department. Enjoy!</p>
