Changing Majors?

<p>Hi there I will be attending UCI as a freshman this fall and for some reason I put undeclared as my major. I know UCI has this "exploration" of majors-but I already know what I want to major in. I want to switch into BioSci as soon as possible.
Having said that,
1)How difficult is it to switch into Bio
2)How soon can it be done
3)Is the actual process quite difficult?</p>

<p>You might be able to switch right now through the MyAdmissions thing, if not you might be able to do it at summer orientation. It should be pretty easy.</p>

<p>Do you know how I can do it through the MyAdmissions thing. I heard it was super easy for UCSD, is it similar for UCI</p>

  1. Is it hard to get into Computer Science?
  2. After sending the request to change major through MyAdmissions, is there anything else I can do to make this change happen faster?
  3. Will I be contacted if my request is accepted or denied? and, is there anything I can do to persuade them to let me (ex: I work at an engineering company as an intern)</p>
