So I recently registered for the SAT Subject tests and i registered to take three tests; which are Math 2, literature, and Biology. But i read online that if you are not planning to major in any of those fields you are not required to take the SAT II for those subjects. My question is, is it possible to remove Math 2 and Biology and to only take Literature and U.S History?
Changes to SAT Subject Tests
On test day you can change which SAT Subject Tests you are taking, except for Language with Listening Tests. There is no charge for changing from one Subject Test to a different Subject Test. If you add a test, you will be billed for the additional fee. Note that some students may not be able to change tests on test day if required materials are not available.

So basically you’re given a big booklet with all the tests in it, and you can choose which ones you take on the spot.
what if the required materials are not available and i’m not going to be able to change subject test? what do i do then?
After a quick Google search, I have not found any complaints about that. It seems like they try to make it easy and painless to switch tests. Their website also says this: “The test book includes all the Subject Tests that can be given on that day.” Perhaps you can check your test date on the CollegeBoard website? Does that say which tests are going to be given? (I’d imagine it’s most, if not all, of them.)
ETA: https://sat.collegeboard.org/register/sat-us-dates Expand the “Subject Tests” link in blue in the second column. If you signed up for June 6, you should be good! Lit and USH are both listed there.
i am scheduled to take June 6th and its mentions them.
