<p>In a newspaper article today about Chapman's beautiful new theatre that will be completed in the fall of 2015, they stated that they will offer a Musical Theatre program beginning in 2014. Next years applications are already in, so it is unclear if it will start next year or take applications next year. It does say it will start a year before the theatre is done. Audition/non-audition? It was in the OC Register- I can't post a link here.</p>
<p>Wow! Interesting…my son was accepted there. Loved the school. They already have a very nice acting program that veers into an auditioned BFA Screen Acting or BFA Theatre in sophomore year. He also would be able to minor in Vocal Performance if he goes, and the faculty in VP seemed to be great. Plus a great dance program. So it would an MT program would make sense since they already have so much in place. I would like to know more though before we make our decision. I’ll look for the article.</p>
