Cheating?

Today during an exam the teacher came up and asked for my ID, she didn’t do this to anyone else, just me. If she thought I was cheating would she have said something to me at that moment or at least after I turned in my exam? Or do professors not say anything sometimes and just report you to the dean/ give you a 0, it’s just making me really nervous.

Were you cheating?

Does it really matter if I wasn’t? If she thinks I was then she things I was…
But she didn’t say anything

Yes, it matters a lot.

…Yes, it matters, because you can either fight whatever consequences of being accused there might be or you won’t have a leg to stand on. If you cheated then just wait it out, because whatever happens will happen and be deserved.

If you were cheating, all will be revealed in time. If you were not cheating, you have nothing to worry about.

If the professor hadn’t seen you much in class or doesn’t remember you, they may be making sure that you are the student you say you are.

Bopper could be right… sometimes professors just want to know your name. If she caught you at cheating… well… good luck! Only because she hasn’t said anything, doesn’t mean that she doesn’t hold something over your head  Hopefully, you didn’t cheat!
