<p>Is it safe to phase 2 Chem 3B lecture for spring?</p>
<p>I also have to register for IB C142, which is 6 units and only has slots for 10 people. Before I could register via Anthro C103, but they put up an anthro-major only restriction.</p>
<p>6 + 2 + 3 is 0.5 over the limit.</p>
<p>My phase 1 and 2 are fairly early.</p>
