chem: intermolecular force

i have a question: which one has the largest intermolecular forces CH3Cl, CH2Cl2, or CHCl3? please explain, thanks!

CHCl3, L.D. forces predominate over a very heavy molecule.

but somebody told me that CCl4 has the lowest intrmolecule force among the three i mentioned above? why? isn't CCl4 the heaviest compound here?

well, CHCl3 is polar, CCl4 is not. hence, the dipole-dipole forces of CHCl3 is greater than CCl4 london forces
