<p>I am currently taking chem20a but when I try to sign up for 20b it says that I have no met the prereqs. Why is this happening and how do I resolve it?</p>
<p>one of the prereqs for 20b is math 31a, and if you didn't take it (passed out w/ APs or whatever) then it won't let you enroll.
you can go to young hall 4069(?? not sure of room number, there should be signs) and tell them so they'll let you enroll
or email chem department and see if someone's back early from their thanksgiving break
or enroll in 20bh which for some reason doesn't require math31a</p>
<p>my friend is having the same problem. he's taking chem20a and math 31B right now, but can't sign up for chem20b for some reason</p>
