Has anyone ever taken Chem 2AH (Honors general chem). Is it hard?

It’s not too bad, especially if you paid attention in high school chem.

do you know who the professor is?

Nope - often times they don’t choose one until right before the quarter begins.

In addition to what dmission said, the class requires a lot of dedication. I did really well on the placement tests and my orientation leader said that I could take 2AH if I wanted, and I did. I ended up with a B+ in the class, which isn’t all that bad, but since I’m not a chem major, I wasn’t necessarily motivated all that much to do well. With all that said, if you try, you can definitely succeed. If this is your freshman year, I’d suggest taking a couple easy courses to supplement chem 2AH and calc (unless you already passed the AP exam).
