Luckily, I can always take it next year if I did badly on it this year.

Does anyone know when local results will come out? I know testing ends at the end of this month, but I’m itching to know!!!

I took the Chem Olympics on the 2nd. If anybody wants to compare, just PM me.

It depends on your local section; for example, we get our scores back on the same day.

You cannot discuss questions during the testing window; people in the past before have pieced together many questions from the test and you have no way to tell if they really took the exam so don’t PM…

Took it today. Expecting around -3 to -0. Pretty reasonable.

Never mind

Guys, stop doing this. You can’t discuss the test until March 31

everyone does this for sat…didn’t realize it was a big deal. my bad

Just took mine today. I thought it was easier than the practice I did.

Just took mine yesterday

Can anyone explain the process for the national exam? Where is it taken and when will it be held?

How prestigious is it to be part of the national exam? This is in terms of a college application.

Does anyone have a general guess on how hard the test is just going off of ap chemistry knowledge?

I am trying it this year.

In my opinion the tests are harder than the actual AP Exam. PM ME if anyone wants to disccuss

Very surprised but I made it nationals someone said in the 2012 competition that you can get honors based only on your Multiple choice section can anyone confirm that? Thanks Best of luck to the scholars with higher goals

yeah that’s correct: “Parts II and III only scored for the top 150 on Part I”
and in 2010 you only needed a 43/60 to be in the top 150

found this in a powerpoint [ChemO - Download - 4shared](<a href=“4shared.com - free file sharing and storage”>4shared.com - free file sharing and storage)

thanks very much

would our scores on this be a decent representation of our ap scores and sat 2 subject test scores, or is the acs much harder?

Guys, can anyone answer my question?
How does the national exam work? Do we take the test in our respective region or do we have to fly out to some place and take it there? Also, do we take all 3 parts on the same day?

Thanks in advance
