Thank you for the poem, Lewa. :)

I love classical music! I was a harpist in my cities youth symphony program for 7 years . I personally love paganini’s 23 caprice for violin performed by midori. Also a huge chopin fan.

A-Punk–None Shall Pass and Daylight are tied for my fave Aesop Rock songsies. No lie, strumpet, no lie. Om nom nom muuuusic. [YouTube - Rjd2 - Ghostwriter](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVqAdIMQZlk)

What are everyone’s plans for celebration/commiseration come decision time?

Celebration: Proclaim it over facebook.
Commiseration: Die a horrible, slow, painful death. :P

Can anyone find the Time magazine ‘100 Most Influential People in the 20th Century’ articles for me because I can’t seem to find them and time.com is not being friendly to me!

neogop, i remember you saying once you applied to georgetown ea. How did you fare?

@motion: This isn’t officially from TIME but it does list all of the people: [List of TIME Magazine’s 100 most influential people of the 20th century: Encyclopedia II - List of TIME Magazine’s 100 most influential people of the 20th century - The list](http://www.experiencefestival.com/a/List_of_TIME_Magazines_100_most_influential_people_of_the_20th_century_-_The_list/id/1631131)

Crap, sorry if you wanted the articles - those don’t seem to be showing up anywhere…

@A punk

I was on another chicago ea thread. I might have to switch to this one just for the awesomeness of animal collective and aesop.

btw, when do y’all think we’re getting decisions- Monday? what time?

It’s always at 4. I don’t get why people are obsessively checking their emails since it’s always come out at 4 EST… Anyways, I’m just nervous because I want someone to actually read some of my essays. I really want to know if I have to start brainstorming/editing/writing like a maniac once I get my UChicago decision.

I’m at the point where nothing can affect me anymore… I’ve told myself that regardless of what I get told tomorrow/Tuesday, I’ll still keep studying. I’ll probably have my breakdown over the holidays…

And some stupid bozo keyed my dad’s car. Ugh.

^That’s gonna change completely when you get your actual decision. Trust me…I’ve seen it happen this year already.

Unfortunately, Midyear Report matters for my 8 RD schools (And for Chicago if I get deferred).

Same here zaku…

@A-Punk
I dunno yet, actually. I’m in Texas… so mail hasn’t made it here yet. Plus it’s Sunday… the only people who’ve heard got their letters yesterday because they’re close to DC (NoVA, Maryland). I’m thinking that since I’m in Dallas (BIG Airport), I should have a letter tomorrow. I didn’t send in my supplemental resume, so I think that might hurt me… but I had an amazing interview, and I have a cousin who went to the Law School and donated a bunch of money… so that might help. I’m banking on a deferral though.

neogop, Georgetown doesn’t reject in EA, just accepts/defers.

Countingdown, yeah, that’s nice. But in some ways, deferral is just as bad… because then you have to go through 3 1/2 more months of agony. :P

Yep, I certainly wouldn’t want to be deferred. I’d rather Chicago put me out of my misery if I’m not in its good books.

finally I am getting calm down. Now I think I won’t care if AOs release results on Christmas Day. I’ve hoped in vain, up to now.

Deferred @ Georgetown. I was expecting it and prepared myself for it, but for some reason it still hurts. :(

^Sorry to hear that.
