<p>you can watch the Commanding Heights economic documentary series to have a direct perception of the changes of economy system over 100 years. It will be something very fundamental to raise a student's interest in economics.</p>
<p>a good number of us here will take at least an intro-econ course in college. this documentary will draw us a big picture of economy, so we won't be lost in middle of the conceptual econ class.</p>
<p>Be aware, I'm not telling you to study and be ready for the tough academic challenges of collge. I just want to give some suggestions for people feeling bored.</p>
<p>if you plan to play games, play balls, watch movies, shop goodies, date, eat lobster, punk someone you like or didn't like in highschool........ then do those stuff first, ignore what i said.
this summer is last free one! college summers will be filled with classes and interns. And the summer after college graduation, we will instantly head to working places around the globe........ sigh..... 感叹人生苦短</p>

recommendation of a book:梦里花落知多少,BY郭敬明,one of those rebellious young writers. you'll get kinda depressed by the book but it's REALLY REALLY funny. i love the language though it's quite...unclean. must read it though. you'll know what young ppl in china are like afterwards. well....some young ppl.</p>

<p>before i left china, i read some essays by 韩寒。 His essay challenges many conservative views. I don't know if his current works show more improvement. He seems very promising when i first read his work.</p>
<p>before i read 韩寒， i thought there's only math/science genius like those enrolled at juvenile class of Chinese Technology class or those International Math Olympiate Physics Olympiate Chemistry Olympiate winners. there is literature genius as well.</p>

<p>chinese people are arrogant sometimes... my uncle thinks my beliefs are westernized and i cant "adapt" to the chinese society and tells me that major coporations in china dont hire people like me.... if he means "adapt" by sleeping on hard beds and bringing my own toilet paper to bathrooms... i've already adapted. i mean... being here for only no more than 2 months, i went from reading really really slowly and having a difficult time.. to fluent newspaper reading lol its scary. i think the AP exercise was great... taking 11 exams was a great mental exercise lol </p>
<p>anyways... only 2 more weeks until i go back to extremelyanticipated college life... am i ready to be intellectually challenged again??? </p>
