So I was looking across the Cornell website for a LONG time trying to find a list of both College Exclusive and Across College Minors, and for some strange reason this is not something that Cornell felt like doing! I've found out about a few different ones, simply by research and what not, but am sure that I (nor anyone else I have met for that matter) has the ENTIRE list. I do however think, that we as a board COLLECTIVELY do know about them all, so I ask that if there is a minor you do know about post it in this thread, and if possible list any exclusions it might have (be in College X, already have Major Y, etc). If know anything else about the minor that you feel is important, or have any personal experiences you would like to share, posting those would be great too!

Exclusive to CALS:
Applied Economics and Management/Cornell
***Taking classes will get you note on transcript and resume that Minor was completed, but not on diploma.

Open to All Students:
Program on Ethics & Public Life

Cognitive Science Program

The Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies - Initiatives - International Relations Minor

Actually, just recently a meeting of Deans just agreed to create such a comprehensive list.

Who knows when it will be published however.

[CSI : Undergraduate Program](http://inequality.cornell.edu/academics/) -Inequality studies minor (all students)

There’s a real estate minor.

Global Health Minor is pretty new, 15 credits i believe and they require you to spend 8 weeks in a country with “low resources”

Applied Exercise Science: available to students majoring in NS (HumEc and CALS) and HBHS.

Nutrition and Health: open to all except students majoring in HS, HBHS or Biology with a Nutrition concentration.

I’ll get more later…

Question about minors, lets say that you fulfill all the prerequisites for a minor and submit an intention of minor form. Does this guarantee that you will get the minor if you get higher than Cs in all those classes?

Like I stated earlier, sometimes you’re not allowed to get official minors across colleges, but assuming you did all the courses and have a C or better, I think it goes on your transcript and you’re allowed to put it on your resume.

Real estate major?!! That sounds really cool.

Bump! Ahah I forgot about this I kind of want to keep it going, especially for the 2013 kids who are looking at other academic options.
