Choosing an UG for grad admission---How Important???

<p>I've gotten acceptances to some solid Big Ten schools as well as other decent public universities (Minnesota, Iowa, OSU, Arizona, Oregon, Wisconsin, Southern Illinois, Indiana, UIUC, Missouri, etc...). Obviously there are wide discrepancies in school quality as well as cost of attendance, hence my quandary. How much of a difference (if any) is a UW pedigree going to make when applying to top graduate programs? Is it worth the financial cost?</p>

<p>I am interested in studying classical Archaeology in graduate school, and plan on studying Anthropology, ancient languages and geography as an undergrad.</p>

<p>Any and all advice is welcome.</p>

<p>It does seem undergrad prestige matter to somewhat degree in grad school admission.</p>
