Find out what you would need to present to CUNY to get in city tuition. While you may not be eligible for TAP this year (I would recommend filing for TAP and putting in your dad’s information in addition to your mom’s, which will probably populate).
If you are not eligible this year, you will probably be eligible in subsequent years if your dad fills out the FAFSA and you are pell/tap eligible under him.
You should also contact CUNY and add a couple of more schools, even some community colleges. Once you are accepted to community college, you can see if you can attend through ASAP (this way, if you are accepted through asap you can attend community college for free).
