<p>So on the common app if you were to have permanent residency status but not citizenship could you still file it under the citizenship section? This might sound like a stupid question but suppose if you had nothing but a permant residency status would that mean that you fill in nothing at all?</p>
<p>If you have permanent residency in the US you can specify that in the Demographics section of the Common App Online. If you are a PR, you are also a citizen of another country, so you should also list that citizenship. You will also need to upload a copy of your green card and supply your A# on the application.</p>
