<p>I have a student who asked about city run college systems similar to New York's CUNY system but in other states. I've never had this question asked before and I'm not aware anything like this exists. Is anyone aware of any city run university systems, similar to CUNY, but in other big cities? Right now I think the best option is a state run school in a large city. Thanks in advance!</p>
