Civil Engineering specialization

I am leaning toward water resource, hydrology/hydraulics, and water related stuff..however I am somehow lacking in chemistry and biology background. The thing is I only have two semesters of first year chemistry and no biology in university. Plus I didn't take organic chemistry either..wonder if these deficiencies can be a big problem. Also should I just learn by myself only if the need arises or should I take courses to follow a more systematic way of learning???

Next sem I am going to take my first Environmental Engineering course.....I am not that confident though.......is there anyone who can give some advice about this stream of study in terms of industry jobs, grad school, prospects and salary ?

On another side, I do like to specialize in both in this and structural engineering...and see what to do later on when applying to grad school (def going to do a master not PhD)..The end result is perhaps one more semester beyond scheduled graduation.

Thanks a lot.
