Can anybody tell me anything they know about why I should attend Clark University in Massachusetts?

It's got a great psychology program! Seems like a very good school, aside from being in Worcester...

I believe that Clark offers great financial aid and scholarships to certain students who get into more highly rated schools such as Wesleyan or Tufts. My child has a friend who was accepted at Wesleyan but turned it down because Clark offered her a huge scholarship. They are trying to attract top students and apparently will pay them well to go there. The campus is not that great and the neighborhood is so so, but Worcester is really not that bad,i.e. it has a great art museum and the restaurant scene is okay. Several schools including Holy Cross are located there and Boston is only about an hour away by bus or train. All in all, it is a decent school and I know several people who went on to great grad schools from there.

If you have a car, you can take your car to a train station and hop on the T to Boston. Otherwise, theres not really much else.

There's a fair amount of info on the Clark board:

Reasons that some students attend:

-Academic strength, particularly opportunities for undergrad research (unusual profile: a research university with relatively few grad students, so more of an LAC feel)
-Tuition that's lower than many private schools that would be considered peer institutions
-25% of incoming students receive merit money
-5th-year (Master Degree) is free to qualifying students
