Class of 2009! (woot woot)

so, i know a lot of people here are highly considering elon, but who has made the final decision (along with their deposit)? i applied early decision, so i will definitely be down there. those of you going there next year, have you gotten your preregistration guide yet? i'm soo excited to start picking out classes as soon as we hear about fellows decisions. also, any ideas about where you want to live? i've been thinking that i want to live on the more historic side of campus, near where many of the classrooms are. so yeah, any other phoenix 2009's around?

Well I'm not official or anything but I don't care, I feel like it in my heart lol. I was talking to a freshman Journalism fellow who told me he thinks the best place for girls is Carolina, and then West. I might apply for the one that's seperated by interest floors- I forget what it's called- but I think Carolina sounds really nice. It has a hall bathroom I think but one girl said that she likes it better because you get closer with everyone. Obviously everyone was so friendly to give me all this information!! Hehe. I keep telling all of my friends how great everything was this weekend...but now I keep doubting myself on how great it really was...hmm I'll be in North Carolina over spring break in two weeks so maybe my parents will let us drive down for the day! lol

yeah, carolina is really nice, that's where i stayed with my friend who's a freshman there. i also really liked hook, brannock, and barney a lot, mainly because they're suite style and still very close to everything. not sure if i'm ready to live with a building full of girls for a year...

yea i def <3 sloan hall since it's co-ed and its 2 rooms to one bathroom...are there any other co-ed dorms with a group bathroom setting...not like i'd share a bathroom with a boy, but congrats to everyone who is definitely going to elon, its an awesome place, i am still waiting on some places...i wish i was as sure about it as the rest of you all. congrats and good luck with the fellows i can't wait to hear back.

If I go to Elon I'm going to want to be in Sloan...but since I'll probably be the loser running to the post office at 5:30 on May 1st I'll probably be put in one of sloan's shower stalls or something.

hahahaha... that's fantastic. since i got in ED and sent in my deposit in november i'm really hoping to get one of my top choices. according to one of the people i've talked to ED people are guaranteed one of their top three choices ( i think you have to put down six total). i'm just hoping i won't end up in jordan center (aka the ghetto) or on the side of campus by the lake... just because they aren't quite as pretty (what can i say, i'm shallow... lol).

Hoping for sloan or virginia, carolina was nice too.
