<p>I have a list of 9 colleges (which I plan to get down to 7), 3 are matches and 6 are reaches, hopefully I don't get royally screwed lol</p>
<p>I'm thinking of applyling SCEA to Yale too
But how much does that really affect your chances? I know ED helps a lot because it shows committment...but EA is so competitive. But the again..so is RD..Help?</p>
<p>I can't even remember what I put for #2 and 3 yesterday. (can only remember #1) haha I'm sure the list changed overnight! </p>
<p>Right now I have a list of about like 15. 1/2 safeties (one i'll get in for sure..probably with full scholarship as well)..3/4 matches and the rest reaches. I'm pretty happy with my safeties and matches..so why not try for the best?

<p>What are all of you guys doing to prepare for the craziness next year? I'm just trying to get all of my standarized testing stuff out of the way. Except one more SAT next Oct. And starting some apps in the summer (hopefully) because school gets too busy..
And building good relationships with my teachers..keeping up my grades</p>

<p>I only put carnegie mellon there because I read about it extensively and love it so. except my chances of going there are pretty much zilch, as my dad refuses to send me to a non-Ivy private school due to financial shizz. Plus, if I go there I'd study Information Systems and my dad (a software engineer) swears I'd thank him later for preventing me from working with computers.
As you can see, I have a picky dad -_-</p>
