<p>Congrats to everyone! I was accepted ED but I can’t afford it, even with their ridiculously generous financial aid.</p>
<p>Have you tried an appeal? It doesn’t always work, since it’s 100% need as they calculate it, but it’s worth a try.</p>

<p>The initial award I got wasn’t enough, and so I emailed them and asked if they could review my file. Three days later, I found out they had increased my aid package significantly.</p>
<p>I did, but they only increased it by $2000. So even though my parents are only paying $5,000 a year, I was still expected to pay over $10,000 plus the loan included in my package.</p>
