Yes me too. I checked the portal last night after reading on here about the TO button and mine was gone. Shortly after midnight, I got an answer to my application.
Blue and Gray doesn’t mean much
When button disappears that’s for sure we are getting decisions out 99% cases so far from this discussions. One small indication we have handy

Typically after 7pm or later if we are lucky lol 
no, the color of the button is meaningless. Many that applied test optional, their button is blue and many it is gray. No Clue why. In my DD case, it was blue…always blue…she could press it and change her choice but never did.
But then yesterday it went from Blue to GONE…disappeared. NEVER did it turn Grey. It was gone last evening and then the answer was in portal at midnight on the dot!

I checked sometime at night. I don’t remember when, but before midnight. It was definitely there that morning because I checked.
That’s pretty much how it happened me too.
Check portals everyone - my D’s button’s gone. Now hopefully good news!

My D is still there :(((
It changed somewhere between 6-6:30 pm.
