Class Rank Required?

On the Freshman Requirements and Expectations page for Madison it says that "We ask for your GPA and class rank. "

However, my high school does not have official class ranks? I asked my dean for my “unofficial” rank which was 11/401. Can I submit this in my application or is there nothing I can do with this number?

You could include the 11/401 in the “any additional information section” of the application.
