I'm taking organic chemistry, calculus 2, physics (calculus based), java programming. Should I drop one of the class?

I'm not exactly sure what engineering discipline should I go to yet and I heard my physics class is one of the hardest class ever which the teacher would try to reach our potential. I got a good Ochem and calculus 2 teacher. Should I drop it?

How many credit hours does it add up to? Are you working part-time? How many clubs are you planning on participating in?

If you are not working part-time or planning on joining any clubs, I think you can take on OC, calculus 2, and physics (it is going to be a LOT of work though).

thanks, this would add to 17 units and yes I’m working part time, but mostly at weekend and I planning to join a club. At community college, it’s very lonely in here. Should I drop one of the class (i’m planning to drop oc)? I feel overloaded for some reason.

The only issue is time. Classes are only “difficult” if you don’t do the required work and studying to pull through.

With that said, if you feel overloaded because you are actually not having enough time to do everything needed, then drop one and take it some other time/summer. Otherwise, try some time management counseling to see if that works.

It’s up to you. If you are a first-semester student, then you should drop one. If not, you should have a pretty good idea of which is the best move for you.
