Classes for Fall Semester at community college

Hi,
I’ve been accepted into USC for the spring semester but I would like to take classes at community college so that I don’t get behind. The problem is I am on the biochemistry premed track and I’m afraid that taking essential classes at a community college would look bad on my transcript to medical schools I would be applying to. Right now I am planning on enrolling at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa California for community college. Basically, I would like to know what classes I should be taking to not get behind but also not damage my chances too badly of getting into medical school. Also, is there anything else besides going to community college I could do to prepare for USC?

From my experience, you must check this website (https://camel2.usc.edu/TPG/SelctPgAgrmnt.aspx) to see which courses you should take at OCC to fulfill the requirements in the short of time. If you also want to apply to UCs or CSUs, I recommend you to choose articulated courses for three of them because you may change your mind later. I’m saying this because I’m currently a CS student at OCC and hadn’t intended to apply to USC until last Fall. So, I missed a couple of classes and it might hurt my chance to get admitted this Fall. Hence, planning your schedule wisely and keeping your GPA as high as possible to get a spot there.
