@chris1229 My son was accepted without SAT II tests.
@Chris1229 My son was accepted with ACT score only. He took SAT but did not submit results. The Clemson website says if you have SAT Subject tests to send them but not required. You can also double check with Admissions. We found everyone in the various departments at Clemson to be very helpful.
Does anyone know when the Clemson app opens for Fall 2018 admission? Is there any way to see the Honors College essay prompts sooner?
I graduated from UIUC with a graduate degree back in 1993 and know what a great school it is. My daughter recently was accepted into the school of Nursing @ Clemson. Her stats were very much like yours and honestly, I wouldn’t consider Clemson a safety school. Clemson is expensive for OOS, which she will be and not easy to get into. If you do the research on Clemson, they’re a great school by the numbers, so they can afford to be a very selective school. I hear what they offer is pretty much what you’ll expect. DD got $7,500/year as her merit.
anyone know of a clemson accepted students group chat or something where we can meet others who were admitted? I don’t have a facebook yet so I was hoping i could join a chat to meet my (maybe) future peers
@Ramboindian my son is in like 5 different snapchats for admitted students. I am not too familiar with snap chat, but he said they only allow a certain number in each group. Anyway, there are several you can find Clemson Class of 2022. I know there were some girl only groups and now my son said today someone started a male only also for roommate selection, etc. Congrats on your acceptance!
