Does anyone know any clubs/activites for CS majors specifically or just engineering in general? I tried searching, but most clubs listed were for biomedical/industrial eng, etc..

I'm going to join the AIAA which is an organization for aerospace engineers. You can also try something like robotics/math club which isn't really engineering but close. You can also start your own CS club and put "Founder of [insert cool organization name here]" on your resume. HAHAHA.

http://www.engr.psu.edu/StudentOrganizations/default.asp
this is the list from the website
there are a few there for Computer science/engineers.
the honor societies (tau beta pi & eta kappa nu) have events to get involved too.

ACM is one....you could also Join SHPE or NSBE. You dont have to be a minority or even an engineer to join :P. Plus starting your own club isnt a bad idea either if you have the time.

ch, are you a member of those as well?
