I didn’t get in either, I honestly wasn’t surprised. As far as stats go, I had a pretty strong GPA, course selection, and test scores. I played two sports, had a job, and did various other activities, but nothing that really stands out. Congratulations to everyone that got in! I’m very happy that all of you are able to continue your education at CMC!

My son was rejected as well. He had a 4.6 (3.91 UW) GPA; 34 ACT (2270 SAT) was a National Merit Finalist and multiple awards, positions, etc… Disappointing but predictable. Did anyone on CC make it?- I hope so

Sorry for all those who didn’t get in. If you look at the ED1 thread, it was much the same. That thread was much more active, but the sad faces outnumbered the happy ones by about 10-1. Good luck to everyone. You all seem amazing and CMC saying “thanks, but no thanks” doesn’t change that.
i didn’t apply anywhere ed 1, but it took me a while to decide to commit to ed so i did ed2
