CMU class of 2019 Design

I have a few questions before making my deposit for CMU

  1. Is it harder for Design students to do cross school minors?
  2. What sort of employers employ design grads? What sort of companies? What are the usual jobs and internships?
  3. How prestigious is design at CMU?
  4. What sort of internships will I be able to get in Pittsburgh for design or maybe even out of Pittsburgh? New York City in the summer?

  1. cross school minors easy
  2. you will get a job 100%. Apple, Google, Facebook, startups etc... every year they come and want u
  3. CMU is ranked #1 in design. did u even do ur research.
  4. you won't get an internship until sophomore year unless you are a god at drawing.
  5. don't come here unless u actually love design otherwise you will develop mental problems like me.
