So, i got into Carnegie Mellon...and I'd be either a statistics or a stat-econ major, and i was also selected into the QSSS (Quantitative Social Science Scholars) Program.
On the other hand, I got into NYU Stern's business school...
if wanted to do something like marketing, I'd obviously go to stern, but i want to do finance/actuarial stuff...so i was wondering what the better option would be?

Finance business stuff would definitely go for Stern since its right in NYU and would be easy to get internship and stuff. Econ Stats is also ranked higher in NYU than CMU. However, it boils down to if u want to live in a city or not. NYU is in downtown New York and although CMU is in pittsburgh, its not as busy and fast paced like NYC.

Econ Finance related wise, NYU would be better.
