Hi. I'm a Psych major, and I am required to take Statistics. I was wondering if I should take COGS 14 or PSYCH 60. The professor for COGS is Groppe and he has really good reviews on ratemyprofessors. The professor for PSYCH is Sweet, who has worse reviews, but I heard the class is easy. Which one should I go for?

i dont know anything about the classes nor the professors, but just by what you say id go for the one with the better professor..finding great professors really inspire (at least me) to do well and help me to figure out my passions...lame profs make me hate school and i never want to go to class lol, and then i have a long and rough quarter

if you don't have any plans for the summer, stats is really easy to take at a JC. i took mine between junior and senior year of high school and it was a total piece of cake. (basically what i'm trying to say is that if a handful of high school kids can get As over a class of adults, then the class is generally easier than its equivalent at a UC)

plus teachers at JCs are actually there to teach, not research.
