How do these schools compare? Planning on majoring in econ, costs are the same

Any particular questions/interests/concerns/expectations to highlight?

Over to you.

How do you like the professors? Are the students cooperative or competitive? How demanding is the workload? Is there grade deflation? Is there on-campus recruiting/internship opportunities?

In response to your questions, I am not a student (as you will see in the previous thread) and so would defer to those students or parents you might hear from on this thread, during a campus visit or possibly through other means especially on matters such as how students relate to the faculty and to each other and what is expected in your coursework. Further, Collegeconfidential has thousands of entries about Colgate academics and campus social life.

However, you can learn about the Career Services Center and what it delivers on colgate.edu. There is a lot of specificity in their material.

I trust that you have spent an overnight at Colgate and attended some classes. If not, then you need to get that experience under your belt in order that you appreciate what the place is all about. Then you can assess how Colgate suits you and how you are currently suited to benefit from attending.

Good luck!
