<p>That is a very good point.</p>
<p>My son is considering schools that field five teams in soccer. He plays, but is certainly not a soccer star. At home he’d have to make JV next year or not play at all. Schools that require a sport usually have several levels of each sport. They want you to be physically active, not a superstar. </p>
<p>So, view it as a positive. You’d get to try out lots of new sports.</p>
