College Admission Donation?

Can a kid like this get into such schools with these circumstances?

Kid from a wealthy family in metropolitan area. Kid attends a prestigious prep school. Family net worth about 20 million dollars, the parents makes around 2 million a year.
-Kid is a "B" student. (however the school is known for its strict education).
-Kid scores 1800 on his SAT I. Math I 650, World History 640.
-The parents are willing to make a 600K-700K donation to a college he'll attend. (Tax deduction) (They weren't alumni)

Lets say the kid is not going to apply to top 10 school business school but wants to go to a school of around top 10-20 for business school. (For example, Stern NYU?) Does he have a chance to get in?

Is that 600-700K per year? If it’s a one time donation then he has zero chance. Maybe for 5-6 years. You’ve gotta break seven figures

You have to remember that if your parents donate 600-700K, there are families out there that will donate million ANNUALLY. Look, if you want to go to a good college, earn it, don’t let your parents buy your way into it.
