College Admission Possibilities

Hi I am going to be a senior next year, and I am a little freaked out about college plans and possibilities. I really love NY and would like to know my chances of getting into Columbia or NYU. (I also like Stanford and Harvard, but I know I definitely need improvements in test scores for those.) I am pretty confident in my abilities to impress someone in an interview but are the rest of my credentials good enough. Any feedback would be amazing.

And I can be pretty convincing in an essay so assume that both an interview and essay for admissions would be a good one when considering my chances.

You’re probably good enough for New York University, though it’s probably still a low reach. Columbia is a reach for everyone, including you. Your grades (so therefore your rank as well) and course rigor are amazing, and your ECs are good, so I’d say you have a slightly better chance than most of the other applicants.
