College application mistake?

So I submitted my common application for USD and chapman. On the language section, I put my languages as English, Arabic, and French. I realized later that it was a mistake for me to put French because although I took it in high school, I’m not proficient in it enough to have put it down. The reason I put it is because I assumed I’d put the language I took throughout high school.
Should I email admissions about this mistake?
I’m scared they will reject me when they see this because all I have is French classes on my transcript and no AP classes or scores to back it up.
Or am I freaking too much about this?
Thank you!

non issue. if you took it through hs then it is fine to put it down.

Are you sure? Even if I’m not proficient in it?

As long as you didnt imply that its your first language your fine

They just want to know which languages you have some knowledge of. High school french is good enough to quality. This is a non-issue.

Okay thank you! I was freaking out thinking admissions will think I’m lying!

Bump

Don’t understand the need for a bump. It really is a non-issue, haha; it’s not like college admissions officers will test your proficiency in French on the first day of school and kick you out if you can’t tell the difference between direct and neuter object pronoun use of le.
