Is financial aid consider only after an applicant is deemed likely to be accepted. If not what is the purpose of reviewing approximately up to 5000 financial aid applications for large public college when only about a small percentage are going to admitted. So does anyone know how the process works. Any admission officers or former admission officers feel like they can shed light on this topic. Thanks a lot.

any have any thoughts

well i know for the FAFSA you're supposed to select the schools you want your information to go to.

i think colleges only review it if they accept you.
but that's just my guess.

What if they send you an email indicating that your financial aid application is incomplete. Would that be a sign that one is likely to be accepted?
