College Band at 51st Grammy Awards

It is not often a university band has performed at the Grammy Awards. Here is the USC Trojan Marching Band performing with Radiohead at the 51st Grammy Awards.

I thought they were incredible!! We were thrilled to see a college band at the Grammy Awards. We watched the band and not the performer!

Yeah, notfromme, I didn't think Thom Yorke was exactly at the top of his game on that performance. The band, on the other hand, kinda saved it for him.

BTW, years ago the whole Trojan marching band, in full uniform, appeared in Fleetwood Mac's video for their song "Tusk". Guess it pays to go to school in the right town.

Eh, excuse me, but I think every single bit of Southern California is rubbish, top to bottom. ;)

Instead, Go Spartans! :D

I do remember Fleetwood Mac's video! I love having any college band recognized! They put in a lot of hours and hard work...kudos to them!

The YouTube video has been pulled from YouTube due to copyright restrictions. For your enjoyment here is the SC drumline before the SC vs. UCLA game. USC band members are volunteers. About 1/4 of the members are engineers!
